To us, acting ethically means adopting responsibility for ourselves and others. Adopting responsibility begins with the willingness to solve the problems of others – to actually solve them. To achieve this we have to balance the two: the interests of our customers, and our own desire to deliver excellent work as knowledge workers. That is not always easy, but it is essential if one wants to act in an ethically responsible manner, as a service provider.
