Studens of Bern University of Applied Sciences work together with their follows form Czech University of Life Sciences in a live case with the Czech company Vizard. Vizard produces traditional Slavic pastry and is enjoying widespread local consumer acceptance to the Czech market. The main product is the hand made honey and nut cake called "Medovnik".
The students will develop recommendation for Medovnik's entry strategy to the German-speaking markets DACH countries. The projects starts in the autumn term and the students will work in 6-7 mixed member teams. There are approx. three BFH students (Bern based) and two or three Czech students (Prague based) in each team. They are cooperating virtually during the autumn semester and are going to finalize their work during an intensive workshop in January 2019 in Prague. The results will be presented on Friday, 11 January 2019 in Prague. We are looking forward to get more of this tasteful pastry.
